Do my viewers need to download an app?+
No. The link opens your player in whatever app they are in, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Gmail, or a browser, and starts playing.
Does it really work inside Instagram and Facebook?+
Yes. Instagram and Facebook open links in their own browser, and your player is built to play there, full screen and vertical, with payment in the same place.
How do I get paid?+
Viewers unlock episodes from $0.10 each. 80% of net revenue is allocated to you, on every plan, the free one included, paid out from $25.
What does the free plan include?+
Your player, at generatedworlds.com/studio/yourname, with your logo, your buttons, colours and type. A small Generated Worlds credit sits under each episode, and after your last show viewers carry on watching on Generated Worlds.
What does a paid plan add?+
Your own address, yourname.generatedworlds.com or your own domain; the option to remove the Generated Worlds credit; and the option to keep viewers in your player when your last show ends. From $39 a month.
What do I need to start?+
A published drama, movie or album on Generated Worlds. Your player is ready the moment the first episode is out; set it up in Creator Studio under Embedded player w/ Pay.
Can my viewers add my studio as an app?+
Yes. In your player, Add app puts your studio on their home screen as its own app: your logo as the icon, your name under it, opening straight to your shows. No app store and nothing to download. Choose it in Creator Studio, under Embedded player w/ Pay, then Add app, then Your studio's app.
Can I link one drama, or one episode?+
Yes. Your bare link plays the title you are promoting, and every drama and episode has its own link too, for the post that is about it.
